Lindsey's love of music was instilled in her as a young child. Her father was a sound engineer and there was always music
playing in her home growing up. At the age of eleven she begged her daddy for a saxophone and joined the band. She followed
her love of playing music all the way through high school but never discovered her singing voice till she tried out for the
school play. Cast as Marty in Grease at the age of 16, it dawned on her that her true calling was vocal music. She continued
her musical career pursing her education at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City and accepted a number
of off Broadway roles. Being a New Orleans girl she missed her roots and headed home. She joined the popular band Vince Vance
and the Valiants and Velvet Valaintette and traveled the country with the group for a year. She then settled in on Bourbon
Street playing with a number of musical groups and performing at all the major venues in town. Lindsey is very blessed with
an amazing husband, two beautiful daughters and an awesome stepson. She is thankful for the opportunity she has with Gashouse
Gorillaz and is looking forward to her future with this band!
