Some of his early influences were The Beatles, James Brown, Grand Funk, and Kiss. When he was old enough,
he started going to concerts and saw all the top bands for 2 decades, including : Led Zeppelin, Journey,
Boston, J. Geils, ZZ Top, Heart, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull, Van Halen, Styx ,Def Leppard,
AC/DC and on and on and on.....he picked up guitar, and learned a lot of songs during that time. He began
jamming with friends, but there was always a void, the Bottom, or the Bass. It seemed everyone played
guitar or drums, but not bass. He bought a used bass, and amp, and played around with it for a while,
and joined a band from St. Rose/Kenner, and they played small gigs around town. After that, there was
a lull, but eventually joined a classic rock northshore band, Redfish. He then met some other musicians
and formed Lights Out. They played a lot of the classic rock, like Journey,Styx. He was then asked to play
with the Gashouse Gorillaz, and then Eli Seals country band. He is now back with Gashouse Gorillaz,
rocking and grooving at parties, weddings, clubs, and casinos. Care to dance?
